Course Descriptions:
Keiki Gymnastics 2- (with director' permission) emphasis on floorwork and conditioning
Keiki Dance/Gym 1- (Ages 4-6) Introduction to dance and gymnastics
Keiki Dance/Gym 2- (Ages 6-9) Basic gymnastics, across the floor movement for coordination,
simple choreography taught
Keiki Technique- (with director's permission) focus on ballet technique as used on dance form
Beg/Int Dance- (Ages 10-16 or 2 years previous training) More involved technical skills taught,
progression across the floor, dance combination taught
Int Dance- (Ages 10-16 or 3 years previous training) Dance technique refined through various styles
of dance and more complex choreography, preparation for performance and competition
Adv Dance- (Ages 12-18, consent of instructor required) Further development of stylistic intent explored
through various dance forms, challenging choreography, preparation for performance, competition,
and pageants
Elite Dance- (with director's permission) various forms of dance are explored and with challenging
and technique
